In addition to image system applications, WORM and rewriteable media options in 5.25" form factor for these types of libraries are being used for general-purpose data storage on network file servers or midrange and large computer systems. Both imaging and general-purpose data storage are long-term, high-growth multi-billion dollar market opportunities for optical disk storage.
Besides serving the general network storage market, DISC has provided storage solutions to key accounts in the Financial, Government, Healthcare and Multimedia verticals.
